Listening Sessions
WE ALL WANT TO BE HEARD.
We all want to be listened to and heard without criticism, judgement, or shame.
We want to be able to vent, speak our hearts and minds without fear of seeing it later on social media.
I am NOT a psychiatrist, therapist, counselor, or life coach. I am Life Transitions Educator, skilled in grief and trauma, and a Chaplain. I do not diagnose conditions, make proclamations, or judge.
I LISTEN.
And, more importantly, I MAINTAIN CONFIDENTIALITY.
Why purchase a listening session?
At Times, Friends and Family are NOT the Answer.
Sometimes you just need a sounding board. Friends and family have a tendency to let you know what they think is in your best interest. All you want to do is speak what is on your heart and mind, without comment from others.

What you tell me is between the two of us. Point blank, period.

For 60 minutes, I will provide you with a SAFE space to be seen and heard. To feel understood while sharing your dreams, burdens, regrets, and happiness. NO criticism, judgement or shame over here.
