I will meet with you to educate you on advanced directives and what you may need to consider when naming a health care agent. With the completion and distribution of this completed document, your loved ones will have clear, concise instructions for your care at your end of life.
I will travel to your location (within a 25-mile radius of zip code 30331) or meet with you via Skype or Zoom to complete your state's advanced directives. At the end of the session, your completed document will be transferred to a jump drive that will be left with or mailed (via USPS Priority) to you. Connect with me regarding your needs.
