Education and training are central to my work in trauma-informed spiritual care, grief support, and crisis response. My professional background integrates clinical pastoral training, instructional design, and interdisciplinary education developed across healthcare, nonprofit, and academic environments.

My approach to education emphasizes practical application. Rather than presenting grief and trauma as abstract concepts, my work focuses on how these experiences unfold in real human lives — in hospitals, families, communities, and legal contexts.

Training programs are designed to help professionals:

• Recognize trauma activation and attachment responses during crisis
• Understand the complexity of grief, including disenfranchised and traumatic loss
• Communicate with families navigating medical uncertainty or death
• Respond with steadiness and ethical awareness in high-stress environments
• Integrate trauma-informed principles into professional practice

Educational sessions may include lectures, workshops, case-based discussions, or consultation with organizations seeking to strengthen their response to grief and trauma.

Audiences have included healthcare professionals, faith leaders, community organizations, and interdisciplinary teams working with individuals and families experiencing serious illness, loss, or violence.
